The Broward County District Attorney's Office has issued an arrest warrant for former Miami Dolphins receiver Chad Johnson, TMZ is reporting. The warrant is tied to Johnson's domestic violence conviction for his August 2012 arrest for head-butting then wife Evelyn Lozada.
