No. 32: Smoked Marlin Fish Dip from Hurricane Alley

Hurricane Alley is only blocks from the beach in old-town Boynton. It's a divey, tiny bar

with a fish-shack feel that happens to serve some fresh seafood to back

up the image. To complete the picture, grab a chair outside along Ocean Avenue, order a beer, and nosh on some of the Alley's homemade fish

dip made from smoked marlin. The dip is savory and creamy, perfectly

spreadable on the gobs of individually packaged Saltines the waitress

heaps on your table. With a dash of Tabasco, a squirt of lemon, and a

pickled jalapeño or two, the homemade fish dip is addictive as hell.
