Though prices at the chef-driven Cafe Boulud aren't astronomical, it is fine dining and the check will reflect that. Want to get a taste of what the kitchen can do without springing for a full meal?
A spring beer tasting on Wednesday night will include tastings of six beers to be paired with canapes by chefs Arnaud Chavigny and Jim Leiken. The cost is $28 per person, plus tax and tip. As of March 31, nine spots remained, though those could disappear quickly.
Beers that will be served include: Cigar City Tocobaga Red Ale, Dogfish Head Aprihop (an IPA), Left Hand Brewing Company's Stranger (an American-style pale ale), Lindemans Cassis, MacTarnahan's Spine Tingler (Belgian-style triple), and Shiner Ruby Redbird.
Reserve a seat by calling Mariya Kovacheva at 561-655-6060 or email to [email protected]. The pairing is at 6 p.m.
