On Christmas Eve, the restaurant will offer its famous "Feast of the Seven Fishes," a festive lineup of holiday dishes and specialty menus featuring more than a dozen seafood selections, from small plates to entrées. Seating begins at 5 p.m. On Christmas Day, "The Feast" will be exactly that, complete with carving stations, dozens of appetizers, and a display of decadent desserts. The restaurant will be open from 1 to 8 p.m. on December 25, and dinner is $49.95 per person and $19.95 for children under 12. Celebrate Christmas in style this year with NYY Steak at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. The restaurant will be open for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, holding regular business hours and serving a number of specialty dishes as well as its regular menu. That makes Christmas the perfect time to sample some of NYY Steak's new menu items, like signature thick-cut bacon, jumbo lump blue crab cakes, bacon-wrapped shrimp, pan-seared scallops, and a steak tartare. From the seafood bar, additions include a chilled colossal shrimp cocktail, osetrea caviar, and a seafood tower for two featuring Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, colossal shrimp, ceviche, and oysters. As for meat, you'll find two additional chops, each dry-aged for three weeks in the on-premises butcher shop: a Colorado lamb chop with mint chimichurri and a kurobota pork chop with applejack demi-glace. As for the NYY Steak specialties, the standout addition is a beef short-rib ragout with cheddar mac and cheese and a horseradish crust. Executive chef Larry LaValley is pulling out all his best moves on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, hosting everything from a morning breakfast buffet to a three-course dinner menu. A Merry Christmas Morning Breakfast Buffet (8 to 10:30 a.m.) will be served with a host of options including a seafood station; assorted breads and pastries; omelets; and raspberry and cream cheese-stuffed French toast. Breakfast is $28 for adults and $14 for children under 12. Noon marks the start of a Merry Christmas Day Grand Lunch Buffet (served until 3 p.m.) with stations that include a raw bar, an array of soups and salads, mini cold-and-hot appetizers, a pasta station, a carving station, and a chef’s selection table of seasonal desserts. Brunch is $65 for adults and $18 for children under 12. Last, a three-course Merry Christmas Day Dinner will be served from 5 to 10 p.m. Menu selections will include jumbo shrimp bruschetta with roasted garlic country bread, heirloom tomatoes, olives, and capers; truffle and sunchoke bisque with wild mushroom and lobster relish; pancetta-wrapped beef tenderloin with crispy polenta cake, asparagus, and mushroom ragout; and spinach and goat cheese stuffed chicken with farro risotto and sour cherry jus. A grand chef's display of seasonal pastries and desserts will also be served. The three-course dinner is $65 per person.

Would you eat antelope for Christmas dinner? You can at Market 17. The Fort Lauderdale restaurant will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu available on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for $69 per person, and it includes some pretty inventive, festive fare. Start with a turkey and taleggio sausage served with butternut squash and barley risotto, red-veined sorrel, and a sour-cherry chutney. Or maybe a grassed beef tartare is more your thing, served with a caper parsnip coulis. Pumpkin soup harnesses the flavors of the season with crushed almonds and a spicy crème fraîche. Entrées continue with a grilled filet mignon, cobia, Maine lobster, or free-range turkey breast. Of course, that cast-iron roasted antelope might be more fun, prepared beside a red-beet gratin with roasted pickled grapes and sautéed Swiss chard. Then drink your dessert with a homemade eggnog mixed with bourbon and dark rum, a 20-year-aged port, or a Champagne cocktail made with cognac, cinnamon cranberry syrup, fresh lemon. For people whot don't like dessert, the restaurant is offering a dessert drink instead with a series of after-dinner cocktails, holiday cocktails, and French press coffee service as its third option. Executive chef Victor Franco has given the menu a complete overhaul, but you can still order all the signature Oceans favorites, including the Sex on the Beach sushi roll or lobster mac and cheese topped with an entire Florida lobster tail. Looking for something new? Franco proves his strongest suit is proteins, seafood that's flaky and moist or meats cooked to tender perfection. Other signature dishes include a local snapper and pistachio-crusted mahi. But the new skirt steak, cooked to tender perfection, is the best bet.
