In Greece you usually walk into the kitchen of a restaurant and look into the bubbling pots to choose your meal. In the month-old Greek Depot Cafe (200 S. Federal Hwy. in Boca Raton), that step has been deleted: The prepared fare's laid out behind a counter, and all you have to do is point. Or, if you care to be polite, simply request the chicken in lemon sauce, the stuffed grape leaves, the baked lamb with orzo.
But you don't have to come here to eat. You can shop. The market portion of this little cafe stocks a variety of Greek groceries, a half-dozen vats of cured olives, and two separate cases of homemade pastries, not to mention a selection of CDs featuring Greek artists.
