There are a few ways to get your hands on rich, creamy, New England clam chowder from Legal Sea Foods, which is so delicious it's been served at every Presidential inauguration since 1981. (1) You can fly up to Boston, where the first Legal fish market and restaurant opened in 1950. (2) You can order the chowder (call 800-343-5804), along with a clam bake or a Maine lobster or two from Legal by phone. (3) You can simply drive over to the new Legal outlet in the Oasis at Sawgrass Mills (2602 Sawgrass Mills Cir., Sunrise, 954-846-9011), where the chowder is delivered. Yes, the restaurant is part of a chain, but it's one of the best chains in the country. Look at it this way: Can five United States Presidents be wrong?
