The timing couldn't be better -- just when we need some hair of the dog to counteract the canine's New Year's Eve and Day bites, De la Tierra (106 S. Swinton Ave., Delray Beach, 561-272-5678) comes along with the Dirty Thirty Thursday. This Thursday (and every week after), the restaurant's new outdoor, circular bar features a selection of 30 kinds of martinis, each priced at three bucks. Which means two things: At least some of executive chef Johnny Vinczencz's concoctions, such as the "startini" (Absolut vodka and carambola juice), are bound to feature the restaurant's Taru gardens produce. And even after all the spending we've done over the holidays, we can still afford a good hangover.
