Thankfully, there are a few places around town that cater to the procrastinators. In all of its commercial holiday greatness, Valentine's Day is about showcasing how much you love someone. If you haven't sprung on that trip to Jamaica, the diamond earrings, or the hot-air balloon, the most convenient plan B is, of course, food.
If you've been keeping track, Charlie has got you up-to-date on restaurants all up and down Broward and Palm Beach counties that have specials for you and your significant other. If you've decided to take my advice and make some chicken Parmesan for your sweetheart, remember that you can't forget dessert. Don't worry, I've got you covered. These three places are taking orders until Sunday.

If you haven't taken a look inside Gran Forno's bakery,
you may or may not be depriving yourself. For the upcoming lover's
holiday, browse through the cupcakes, muffins, and even the
heart-shaped sugar cookies. Or just walk by and torture yourself with
the smell. Your choice.
Kilwins
Multiple locations across Florida
I'm not afraid to admit that Kilwins has some of the best ice cream
I've ever had. But have you walked in there? They make all of their own
ice cream, fudge, cookies, candies and whatever other concoction they
deem necessary. I recommend taking your sweetheart inside the store to
create a basket full of goodies, because the experience of picking and
choosing is just as fun as taking it home and eating it all.
Cosi Duci Homemade Gourmet Boca Raton Bakery & Café
1580 NW Boca Raton Blvd.
Boca Raton 33432

If you missed the memo that Italians make some of the best desserts on
the planet, I'm re-sending it. Cosi Duci offers a wide selection of
Valentine's Day biscotti, tiramisu, cannoili, and even some
personalized treats. One of the best things it offers is a variety of
gluten-free desserts. Sadly, it doesn't offer a nap after consumption
of its tasty treats.
