Tomorrow, food guru Mark Bittman will appear in person at the Fairchild Tropical Garden in Miami. Not only that but he'll be introduced by homegirl Michelle Bernstein. So, you get two food gurus at once.
Bittman writes a weekly column for the New York Times and has authored various books, including How to Cook Everything and Food Matters. He's currently promoting The Food Matters Cookbook: 500 Revolutionary Recipes for Better Living.
