Chef Zach Bell, a three-time James Beard Award nominee, will be hosting a meet and greet with guests on Saturday night at Cafe Boulud for his participation in the South Florida's Hottest Chefs calendar. (A chef pin up calendar sure sounds a lot like something from this week's South Park episode, by the way.)
Chef Zach will sign calendars, mix, and mingle with guests from 8 to 10 p.m. Comers can sample complimentary hors d'oeuvres from the kitchen (list of goodies after the cut), and also drink $8 blood orange caipirinhas, wines, and other specialty drinks from the bar.
If you don't have a calendar, no problem. Cafe Boulud is selling them at the event, and 10% of the proceeds will go towards the Big Heart Brigade.
