recipe: Freekeh with Wild Mushrooms
Step aside PB&J. We're gettin' freekeh up in here.

Warm oil in a skillet and add shallots. Saute until shallots are soft,
about one minute or less. Add mushrooms and ¼ cup heavy cream. Sprinkle
lightly with salt. Reduce for about three minutes. Add another 1/8 cup
cream and mix in freekeh. Serve alone or garnish with a few slices of
meat or chicken.
