Usually when it's your friend's birthday you have to throw them a party, get them drunk, and let them sleep it off on your couch. This year, Tap 42 in Ft. Lauderdale is celebrating their one year anniversary by throwing YOU a party.

Located at 1411 S. Andrews Ave., the American Craft Beer Block Party is set for Saturday, Nov. 10th and kicks off at 4pm. More of a parking lot party than an actual block party, but Tap 42 has more than enough room 10 brewery tents with over 60 American craft beers to quench your thirst, delicious BBQ to soak it all up, and a stage for local reggae band Spred The Dub to get you dancing. There will also be free giveaways for things like t-shirts and coozies all night long.

You do have to pay per beer, but there's no entry charge and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Adult Cancer Infusion Center at Broward Medical Health Center. Beer, food, live music, and all for a good cause? - sounds like a solid Saturday night to me!
