Cooking show host and cookbook author Eric Villegas will lead a series of demos at the Taste of Home Cooking School on Thursday, March 29, in West Palm Beach. The Taste of Home Cooking School traverses the country combining elements of entertainment spectacle with practical recipes for home cooks.

The night includes a filmed, two-hour cooking demo led by Villegas, who penned Fork in the Road with Eric Villegas. Villegas, a Michigan native has opened two restaurants and tends to gravitate to seafood recipes.

The show itself starts at 7 p.m. Doors for the event open at 5 p.m. to

give attendees a chance to check out food vendors on premises and sample small

bites. Tickets are $5 in advance or $10 at the door. Note: if you purchase your tickets online, there's a $3 service charge per ticket. The event will be held at Northwood University, 2600 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
