Delray Bash will return for its second annual run on Saturday, October 6. The food-focused event packs several days' worth of small bites into a two-and-a-half-hour time period. Hosted at Old School Square Park, the party will raise funds for the American Lung Association.
More than 20 restaurants have committed to participating and more are expected to join as the event approaches. Familiar names like Buddha Sky Bar, Dada Restaurant & Lounge, Max's Harvest, SoLita Italian Restaurant, The Office, and Vic & Angelo's, are among the many who've already signed up. New restaurant the Union also will be on-hand and is hosting a post-event meetup where Bash attendees can get a free drink if they're still wearing a wristband (so don't ditch yours as soon as you leave the gates).
In addition to small bites, wine and beer samples will be available, and Box of Rocks will provide the dance music. The Delray Bash is 7 to 9:30 p.m. and tickets are $50 in advance or $60 at the gate. Seeing as booze plays an important factor, this is a 21 and older event.
