Tonight: Class on Thanksgiving Wines @ Chef Jean-Pierre's Cooking School
At press time, there were still seven seats available for tonight's class on Thanksgiving wines at the cooking school of our friend and renowned chef/ cooking school guru Jean Pierre.
The instructor tonight is Eric Hemer, the Educational Director for Southern Wine & Spirits. Eric is said to be one of only 72 Americans holding the official title of master sommelier.
In addition to tasting a selection of delicious wines, attendees also get to

Roasted Butternut squash & corn chowder
Roasted turkey breast stuffed with Chestnut, apple, raisin, peach and sausage stuffing
Brandy and chestnut gravy
Sweet potatoes souffle
Green beans with onions and pecans
Cranberry, apple and citrus sauce
Pumpkin, pecan and white chocolate cream brulee
