Cheese Culture at Las Olas Wine and Food Festival, April 20

Behold, a wedding cake made of cheese! It's the first ever made by the folks at Cheese Culture, an 8-month-old shop on the Las Olas stretch. The cakes were the first of their kind, created for Las Olas Wine & Food Festival using wheels of French triple creme and brie cheeses.
