Onlookers clap as FAU President Mary Jane Saunders, and Student Body President Robert Huffman cut the ribbon to officially open the university's new green market.

The weekly shindig -- hosted in part by Florida Atlantic University alumni-owned business Inika Foods -- will have the usual market suspects, including fresh produce, prepared foods (hummus and sauces), handmade crafts and jewelry, and organic goodies like lotions and soaps.
