Every year Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach travels back in time a few hundred years to the Renaissance period. This year's Renaissance Festival featured a bevy of wicked witches, wild wizards, and wonderful wenches.
Gloria and Emilio Estefan's third Bongos location at the Seminole Hard Rock is thankfully elegant compared to it's Orlando and Miami counterparts. The food is also pretty delicious, especially for tourist trap.

Jim Bob, Sally Ann, and other Seminole Casino Hollywood patrons competed in the Hillbilly Olympics on Saturday, February 26. Events included toilet seat tossing, toilet racing, and a banana derby where monkeys rode on dogs' backs around a track. That's some good ol' fashioned fun.
Il Bacio in Delray Beach played host to New Times' Artopia event on Wednesday February 23. Local artists displayed their work, local chefs fed the crowd delicious creme brulee, and bartenders handing out free drinks led to a very successful night.
