Palm Beach County got an opportunity to experience Art Basel without having to risk a drive down I-95, thanks to Emmy award winning filmmaker, Andrew Hevia. The Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, Florida presented a screening last night of Hevia's "Rising Tide: A Story of Miami Artists," at the Art After Dark weekly gala.
