Bill Mitchell, left, and former Microsoft employee Avi Geiger created the PicoBrew Zymatic, a machine that automates the process of making all-grain craft beer in a self-contained unit. This could revolutionize homebrewing. It takes about three and a half hours to make a batch with the Zymatic. You add yeast to the keg, refrigerate it for a week or so, and the beer is ready to drink.
