Shout Karaoke Launches Rockin’ Ramen Pop-Up Menu Starting in June

Call it “rockin’ ramen.” It’s a fitting name for the upcoming ramen-focused menu Shout Karaoke will begin serving next month in downtown West Palm Beach.

Starting June 1, the 1-year-old karaoke bar and lounge will launch a new food menu. And not just any food, but a curated selection of Asian and American dishes created by Fort Lauderdale Valentino chef de cuisine Jimmy Everett. 

The specialty dish here will be the $8 ramen, of course, offered in three flavors: traditional tonkotsu pork broth ramen with pork belly; a miso-flavored broth with chicken; and shoyu, featuring a light soy broth with mushrooms. Additional $1-$2 toppings include kimchi, pickled ginger, soft-boiled eggs, and extra servings of pork belly, chicken, and marinated mushrooms.

Available for both lunch and dinner, the new menu offers lunch patrons through June 14 a special treat of $4 bowls of ramen.

The new Shout food menu also features a variety of shareable plates for both lunch and dinner. Menu items range from gravy-smothered tots and garlic-parmesan fries to several types of flatbread and Caesar salad — even chicken and waffles.

Or keep it Asian with pork gyoza, steamed edamame, pork belly buns, Gangnam chicken wings, and mochi (those squishy, ice-cream-filled tapioca balls).

Shout Karaoke will be serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily. Dinner will be served from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday; and from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
