But new owners have been slowly turning this tucked-away bistro into a New York-style pizzeria, with blackboard pasta specials, homemade gravies, and fresh, authentic ingredients. For Sunday football-inspired munchies, check out the baskets of cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, and conch fingers, a shapely take on the more customary fritter. The Town also carries some kid-appeal items — as if pizza weren’t tot-friendly enough — such as pizza dogs, pizza burgers, and pizza subs. Yup, that’d be pizza on a roll, both literally and figuratively. When it comes to gathering steam, the Town is clearly gearing up for a long ride.
