If you’re anything like us, you’ve probably been running around for the last, oh, 20-something years of your life like a chicken with your head cut off. You’ve been jogging from errands to meetings and spewing nonsense in between. Sometimes your kids even end up spending an extra three hours at school because well, Mommy had a minor crisis at work. If that’s the case, then we’re betting that the family dog has been a bit neglected lately. We know you really want to take the dog for a run each day, but gee, who has time for that? Thankfully, No Paw Left Behind is giving you the chance to walk the pup and get your morning run done all at once. Owners can run with or without their dogs at Markham Park on March 20. The nondog run starts at 8 a.m. while the run with the pups starts at 9. Want to just walk a mile? That one starts at 10 a.m.
