There’s something to be said for starting out the year with a blank slate — Max’s Grille in Boca Raton is going for the blanc (French for “white,” if you didn’t know) theme this New Year’s Eve. The restaurant is offering a $45 three-course prix fixe dinner with a complimentary champagne toast for anyone decked out in white at midnight. The event includes a DJ and $8 Stolis for the evening.
