Budding culinary entrepreneurs in need of affordable, convenient, professionally outfitted kitchen space will soon have that need met when Havana Hideout chef-owner Chrissy Benoit opens her second Production Kitchen in West Palm Beach.
The new PK goes into the same complex on Old Okeechobee Road as the original
Kitchen, which debuted just a little over a year ago. At 3,400 square
feet, however, the younger sibling is almost four times its elder’s
size, big enough to accommodate up to 20 clients.
Benoit says a half-dozen people have already signed up for space in
the new PK, which is expected to open in late May. Among its features
will be a pair of double-stacked convection ovens, giant industrial-size
mixer, six-burner stove, flattop griddle and grill, and walk-in
refrigerator.
