Country music fans with a lot of money and a thirst for the ultimate souvenir (no, not Taylor Swift in a duffel bag) will be excited to see Alan Jackson list his Tequesta guest house for $1.275 million.
Jackson, 51, has been one of the best-selling country artists since launching his career in 1990, crooning honky tonk-infused hits and garnering a record 10 nominations at the 2002 CMA’s for “Where Were You.” This year, Jackson will get his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
So who wouldn’t want a piece of the action? The swanky four-bedroom 2,200-square-foot pad boasts an additional 1,000 square footage in wraparound balconies, a dock on the Intracoastal, and, oh yeah, the gleam of Alan Jackson’s fame. Description from Waterfront Properties’ website:
Key West home on Direct Intracoastal!! Pristine blue water views overlooking Jupiter Island! French doors, Oak floors, Spacious rooms, balconies ideal for entertaining – Eastern exposure with a Sandy Beach! Deepwater dockage for two 70’+ yachts! Wow!
Though you won’t exactly be Jackson’s neighbor, he isn’t fleeing Palm Beach County. Jackson lives with his wife in an 8,000-square-foot mansion on Jupiter Island, where he’s been known to throw impromptu concerts and film music videos.
