Dane Cook is one of those comedians we all love to hate. Sure, a lot of his comical observations are pretty on point (what do you tell an atheist when they sneeze?), but several of his trademark arm-flailing showstoppers are often seen as drab and pretty standard when it comes to comedy. And what about his acting career?
He seems to come off as a one-trick pony when it comes to acting, always playing the jerky guy who gets the girl in movies alongside starlets like Jessica Alba and Jessica Simpson. That lucky bastard.
Well now you can love (or hate) him in person, in all his superfinger glory. It’s just been announced that Dane Cook is coming to the Cruzan Amphitheatre on Saturday, October 23. Tickets will cost $34.75 to $69.75 and go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. via livenation.com.
