Remember the Boca Raton couple who had their dead dog cloned? Well, it’s been five months, and the Otto family’s puppy is growing up in a freakily familiar fashion. Lancelot’s the original. And the clone is Lancelot Encore.
The St. Pete Times talked to Nina Otto for an article in its Sunday edition.
An excerpt:
I do have Lancelot again. He’s a Lab puppy, but he’s growing into the
dog that we so loved and so remembered and that’s really important.
Puppies are enjoyable, cute and annoying, but it’s really when they
become dogs after age 2 that you find who you have.
