Cornelius Edwards of Boynton Beach introduced himself to the world Wednesday night by splitting his pants on national television. Below, his moment in the spotlight (listen carefully for the iconic phrase that will follow Edwards the rest of his life):
“I done split my pants,” said Edwards, who has friends who do that exact same thing for a living. I wonder if any of Edwards’ dancer friends are former employees of the Platinum Showgirls club in Boynton Beach, which was raided in late October by police after an undercover investigation into drugs and prostitution.
