Wine dinners are always a good time; however, wine dinners with three local legends in the kitchen are that much better. On Wednesday, November 6, at 7 p.m., Bistro Ten Zero One’s executive chef, Chris DeGweck is teaming up with 3030 Ocean alums Dean Max and Jeremy Ford for a five-course seafood dinner, each of which is perfectly paired with a matching wine.
