Cooking fish is a scary endeavor for many people. If you’re going to try to learn how to do it, you should probably leave the lessons to the professionals. Executive chef Bryce Statham and Baron Skorish of Blue Moon Fish Co. are teaching a class at Publix Apron Cooking School in Plantation on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $40 per person.
