There are two camps of magicians: the thrilling illusionists, who do crazy tricks, like escape from a tank of water while bound by rope, in midair; and your weird Uncle Jerry, who is always trying to show off his new card trick at family get-togethers. And then there’s Penn & Teller, the hosts of Penn & Teller: BS! as well as numerous other standup shows and TV specials. If you want to laugh and watch some real magic — i.e., not your Uncle Jerry’s sad card tricks — check them out at the Hard Rock Live (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood) this weekend.
