Cleanses and fasts have been around almost as long as humans have been eating food. Most involve juice or broth or just water. Today, the raw milk fast is not well known but it’s actually nothing new. Learn about the Raw Milk Cure during a free presentation by the Heritage Hen Farm at noon during Saturday’s Delray Beach Greenmarket. The Heritage Hen Farm is at the Greenmarket — which runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays from October through May — every week selling their organic farm fresh eggs and raw milk products (labeled animal supplements to conform to Florida laws). You can even have your milk delivered by the Delray Delivery Dudes once a week. This weekend, learn precisely why all that stuff is good for you.
