The Boardwalk Bar is not just a “night out,” in the pure sense of the term. It is, in fact, the kind of place that you go to in order to get thoroughly debauched. It’s a male strip club, and it is famous among New Times staffers as “the place where that dancer placed his junk on that writer’s leg.” In other words, the Boardwalk is where you forge the nights that become water-cooler conversation staples for months to come.
Tuesdays at the Boardwalk are born of this same mentality; that’s when South Florida’s wonton heiress of nasty, Daisy Deadpetals, hosts Daisy’s Pornathon. While we can’t promise members will rest against foreign limbs, we can ensure Daisy will force comers of all types into compromising and embarrassing positions, with the prize being a free cache of classy films full of people doing classy things. That is to say, a stack of porn worth $1000. Get up on stage, kiss strangers, take shots, and sing dirty songs, and some of that stack could be yours. Shows take place at 10:30 p.m. and midnight.
