What was once a humble event at the Pompano Farmer’s Market in the 1950s has now blossomed into the Bean and Pepper Jamboree, a two-day festival celebrating fresh local produce. The free event will offer food sampling, contests, live music, and even the Miss Bean and Pepper pageant. Find the fest on the South West corner of US-1 and Copans Road in Pompano Beach.
