It doesn’t take a pre-k presentation (“Yes, Darling. Your stick figure family is charming!”) to see that just about anybody can put on an art show. While that is the beauty of artistic expression, someone’s got to be there to shake out the little Picassos from the pack and plunk a blue ribbon on them. Enter the juried exhibit.

At Leche-Vitrines Art Alliance (3038 N. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale), seven presenting artists are showing in their very first juried exhibition. Now through June 14th, mixed media, jury-approved pieces are on display from noon to 6 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday. Call 954-563-2993, or visit www.lechevitrinesart.com.
