Some people can’t help but subject their animals to ridiculous outfits – tonight, those deviant tendencies will come to fruition, as Broward’s Yappy Hour hosts Hot Dogs Rock the Red Carpet. The fashion show benefiting Paws 4 You Rescue will feature couture canine wear from designers such as Kiki Hamann of Fufu & Fifi Metropolitan Boutique of Miami.
