25th Annual Walk for the Animals

The Humane Society of Broward County will celebrate its 25th Anniversary Walk for the Animals presented by VCA Animal Hospitals on February 28. Last year’s Walk saw 5,000 people and 2,500 of their furry friends unite in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and even more are expected this year. (You don't have to have a dog to participate.) Funds raised from this event help the shelter continue its mission of helping animals and educating the community. Your participation will help make a difference for thousands of animals in need, and help them find forever homes. The walk is a fabulous way to meet fellow animal lovers all while raising money for a great cause. With fun for the whole family and a complimentary pancake breakfast provided by IHOP, this is an event for all ages.
