Need some new artwork to decorate your home? Head to ArtServe for the Twelve x 12 Gallery Social and take your pick of photographs, paintings, sculptures, and whatever else local artists have created in a 12-by-12-inch format. Despite the miniature requirements, attendees have the opportunity to purchase cherished pieces that truly push an artist's capabilities to the limit. ArtServe assists local artists and nonprofit groups in their business and marketing endeavors, so the artwork purchased will not only benefit the artists but also go back to the nonprofits sponsoring the artists. Along with giving guests the opportunity to unearth artworks that represent the diverse cultures of Broward County, ArtServe will also offer a networking session during the social. Get these artworks while they last from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at ArtServe, located at 1350 E. Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale.
