Poor Fort Lauderdale: It’s the quiet, watchful little sister to its attention-grabbing cheerleader sibling, Miami. Fortunately, little Fort Lauderdale is beginning to develop. As part of the steadily growing Fort Lauderdale Art Walk, C&I Studios is teaming up with All Together Now — of the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale — and Twilight Notes to present Dialect Art Walk, a pop-up art and music event. Taking place this Saturday from 8 to 11 p.m., the event will feature music by DJs Adam Foster, Mikey Ramirez, Kent Lawlor, and Esoteric. Presenting artists include Studio GPK, Yes 16, and Steve Baum. An interactive swimwear fashion show and photo shoot will also take place. Admission is free, and there will be a cash bar. C&I Studios is located at 541 NW First Ave. in Fort Lauderdale.
