When Jason Taylor was traded to the Washington Redskins last season, it left a huge void in the Miami Dolphins. Watching JT strut around in those burnt red Redskins colors was like watching Bizarro Superman. It just didn’t look or feel right. Lucky for us all, the Fins re-signed Taylor this offseason, ending his stint in purgatory and bringing him back to the Thunderdome where he belongs. Since then, 99 has done nothing but remind us all what a badass he is, culminating in the play two weeks ago when he scooped up a fumble and rumbled past Jets QB Mark Sanchez on his way to his NFL-record ninth career touchdown. Lesson? JT is still a man who strikes fear into opposing offenses. This week, he’ll be bringing his special brand of doom to the visiting Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Land Shark Stadium (2269 Dan Marino Blvd). Kickoff is at 1:00 p.m., and tickets start at $41.
