But Who Will Save the Diabetics?

Broward Wishmakers have found a surefire way to seduce all of Fort Lauderdale’s upper crust into one nightclub. All they had to do was call it a black tie affair, tell ´em it’s for charity, and distinctly drop the promises “all-you-can-drink Godiva chocolate martinis with swirls” and “raffle drawing.” Best of all, it’s all true. Slip a $20 greenback to the door collector and join the Black/White Party fundraiser Friday at 9 p.m. at Voodoo Lounge (111 SW Second Ave., Fort Lauderdale). All proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, hopefully raising enough to grant one wish to a child in the Fort Lauderdale area. Call 954-967-9474, ext. 320.
