Executive chef Bryce Statham and Baron Skorish of Blue Moon Fish Co. are teaching a class at Publix Apron Cooking School in Plantation on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $40 per person.  Publix Apron Cooking School is located at 1181 S.
