Crafty by Nature

Ever thought about recycling your bald tires to make art? Or how 'bout creating lamps out of old wine bottles? Whether creativity is second nature to you or you need a little help tapping into your artistic side, juices will start flowing once you attend Buckler's Seventh Annual Craft Fair at the War Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale. Even Martha Stewart would be impressed by the creations these local and national crafters and artists are bringing to South Florida. Organic soaps, homemade fudge, woodworking, garden art, and wearable art are among the crafts on display. Don't miss this family-friendly event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the auditorium, located at 800 NE Eighth St. Admission is $6 for adults. Kids 12 and under are admitted free. One paid admission is good all weekend with a hand stamp. Call 386-860-0092, or visit BucklerCraftFair.com.
