Chef Giovanni Rocchio and each chef will work side by side bringing their culinary expertise together for four different evenings from January through March, 2015. Each evening will be a culinary journey that includes a reception, five-course dinner and wine pairings from different regions of France and Italy. Each night will begin at 6:30pm with guests being seated at 7:30pm. The Monday, February 2nd dinner will be with Chef de Cuisine Vincenzo Manicone from the two Michelin starred restaurant, Villa Crespi located in Piemonte, Italy. Monday, February 16th will be with Chef/Owner Giancarlo Perbellini, owner of one of Italy’s finest restaurants, Ristorante Perbellini, located just outside of Verona, Italy. The Monday, March 16th dinner will be with Chef de Cuisine Fabio Pisani of Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, another two Michelin starred restaurant, located in Milan, Italy. Each of the world class chefs will join Chef Giovanni Rocchio at Valentino Cucina Italiana to prepare the Guest Chef Dinner as part of a Guest Chef Series which costs $295 per person (Tax and Gratuity included) for each dinner.
