Fall Into Beer

Each year, the fall season brings with it an abundance of wonderful, seasonal beers. That means plenty of Oktoberfest lagers as well as the always popular variety of pumpkin ales. But if that’s all you know, there’s so much more you’re missing. This year, step outside your comfort zone and enjoy a tasty exploration of the many classic fall beer styles, plus a taste of some other popular brews offered during autumn’s seasonal beer bounty. To celebrate the fall equinox, Total Wine & More in Plantation will host a special Autumn Equinox class on Thursday, with a focus on all the fall beers the store has to offer. Breweries from across the country — and the globe — will be featured during this special presentation. The Fall Equinox Beer Harvest Class will take place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Total Wine & More in Plantation, located at 801 S. University Drive. Tickets are available for purchase online for $15 each. Call the store at 954-424-0954.
