Forget Taxes; File Laughter

The Sick Puppies are at it again. "Less Taxation, More Improvisation" is the latest in their monthly series of sidesplitting improv shows. Just because it has taxes in the name doesn't mean the show will be centered around tax season. In fact, this show is special because it features a highly regarded and very funny comedian local to South Florida, Sean Beagan, who will assist the Puppies during a portion of their show. Along with hilarity, there will be live music and a cash bar. Tickets cost $30 for a couple and $20 for a single. The Sick Puppies also offer a $100 ticket in which all the proceeds go to the Tri-County Humane Society. This special ticket includes a free second ticket and reserved seating, and (according to their website) you'll get their "undying love and support and a hug or leg hump." The show will take place at 9:30 p.m. Friday at Royal Palm Plaza at the Showtime Theatre, located at 503 SE Mizner Blvd., Ste. 73, in Boca Raton.
