Strange things are supposed to take place on the night of a full moon: chaos reigns supreme, werewolves transform into their canine manifestation, and overall behavior becomes somewhat unpredictable. The amorous Pelican Grand Beach Resort is hosting an "Evening Under the Moon" on Monday from 5 to 10 p.m. Executive chef Todd Lough will prepare dishes from a prix fixe menu that will be served on the veranda overlooking the full moon above the Atlantic Ocean. Oversized telescopes will be available for up-close viewing, and astrologer, spiritual healer, and intuitive reader Bea Kobran will be visiting tables for some celestial insight.
