Who says girls aren't good at science, or more specifically computer science? (Well, besides Larry Summers, the director of Obama's National Economic Council.) Not the Girl's Club, a private foundation and "alternative space" emphasizing the contributions of women. Girl's Club is holding a workshop on web design Saturday. Artist and curator Michelle Weinberg will teach students how to create a simple web site that they can update and maintain themselves using iWeb. Participants should also bring a lap top. Boys are welcome to participate.
