God of War

MadTV alum Aries Spears is no stranger to South Florida - he's toured down here quite a bit, and has a sordid history of promotions in these parts as well. A few years back, Spears was a guest on the Paul and Young Ron morning radio show on Big 105.9. The radio jocks asked Spears to do some impressions from his routine - the Clumps, Shaq, et al. - and Spears repeatedly declined, saying he didn't want to spoil his act. It was a painfully boring interview, to say the least. After Spears left the studio, Paul and Ron started bashing the comic for his standoffish nature. Needless to say, Spears came turned around and came back to the studio, where he verbally threatened the pair. They still play clips from the escapade on the air today.

Lesson: don't heckle, mock, or otherwise f' with Spears when he steps onto the stage this weekend at the Palm Beach Improv. Also: no requests, he hates that. Visit palmbeachimprov.com for more info.
